Public Spaces

We have introduced additional sanitation of those vital, high-touch points in common areas that impact guests and employees, up to four times per day. Housekeepers and staff are sanitizing exterior and corridor touchpoints as well as common areas, front desks, door handles, stairwell handrails, emergency exit doors and common restrooms. We are encouraging continued social distancing in all public areas.

Guest Rooms

The cleaning and sanitisation of all guest rooms is a priority. We are asking housekeeping to be extra diligent in sanitising guest rooms including TVs, remote controls, tables, doorknobs, light switches, desks, toilets, taps and sinks. Unnecessary items will be removed from guest rooms, such as decorative pillows, bed scarves, paper notepads and pens.

For guest and employee safety and well-being, daily housekeeping service will be by request.

 

Reception

New protocols will minimise guest contact with staff through a streamlined check-in and check-out process such as the use of pre-arrival check-in. Social distancing measures will be implemented.

Enhanced sanitization procedures will be in place at reception and across guest touchpoints throughout the hotel with disinfecting taking place regularly. Sanitising stations will be available throughout hotels.
